As the first snow flakes start to fall here in the Northeast, I am day dreaming about a little getaway to the Harmony hotel in Costa Rica. Pernille Pedersen was the lucky one who spent a few days on this eco friendly property capturing the hotels beautiful rooms, Spa, surf culture and the excellent farm to fork menu they share with their guests.
